Chaplain Services We Provide
Crisis Response
Providing compassionate presence during emergencies, traumatic incidents, critical injuries, fatalities, and community crises.
Compassionate In-Person Death Notification (Maryland Residence Only)
Partnering with emergency responders and healthcare professionals to provide compassionate family notification assistance and emotional support during difficult moments. In-Person Death Notifications are available to Maryland residence only. More states will be available in the future.
Employee & Staff Support
Offering confidential encouragement, spiritual care, active listening, stress management support, and emotional wellness resources for employees and leadership teams.
Hospital & Healthcare Support
Providing bedside visits, prayer (when requested), family support, emotional encouragement, and compassionate care for patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
NICU Family Support
Walking alongside parents and loved ones during the emotional journey of neonatal intensive care by providing prayer, encouragement, and compassionate listening.
Funeral & Memorial Services
Assisting families and organizations with funeral officiating, memorial services, celebrations of life, and grief support.
Critical Incident Support
Providing emotional and spiritual care following officer-involved incidents, line-of-duty deaths, workplace tragedies, mass casualty events, and other critical situations.

Yes. While New Life Online Ministries is a faith-based organization, our chaplains serve every individual with dignity and respect. Spiritual support and prayer are always offered appropriately and with sensitivity to each person's beliefs and preferences.
Can organizations establish ongoing chaplain partnerships?
Absolutely. We welcome opportunities to develop ongoing partnerships with public safety agencies, healthcare facilities, schools, businesses, and community organizations.
Do you provide support after critical incidents?
Yes. We believe healing often continues long after the initial crisis has passed. Follow-up care, encouragement, and referrals to additional resources are available whenever appropriate.
